Ros Tasker is Altus Q’s culture and energy coach with over 10 years coaching experience. Ros is the business owner of inugo coaching and has been closely aligned with the business for many years.

Ros works with individuals and small groups bringing wisdom and choice to any life situation and helping people understand how they can use their experiences to become stronger and choose differently both in a business and personal context.

Specialist area
Ros specialises in the Love and Fear Paradigm wherein the context is “I create the whole of my own reality” (out of love and wisdom) helping people have a deeper understanding of this idea; she is a useful presence in team meetings, board meetings, conferences and the like.

Regular cultural sessions are run by Ros within Altus Q to keep ideas and experiences open and flowing using our 5 values and the paradigm as a platform to the discussions.

Ros’s coaching sessions often include energy work bringing an aligned approach to her coaching from a thinking, feeling and knowing perspective. Getting out of a thinking space and into your body always brings perspective.

Previous experience

Ros’s original training began with becoming a Body Harmony practitioner in 1997 and then becoming an internationally certified teacher in the modality.  She has also studied Cranio Sacral technique and Body Mind Medicine through that period.

Coaching became the next natural step and Ros joined and trained with Open Up Communication in 2000 and became involved with Shirlaws at that time.

Ros is passionate about helping bring the culture of self responsibility and love into business and people’s lives.
